Problems with download

So I have been having issues with the download and trying to launch the game, I did everything instructed and I keep getting a virus when extracting the files to my computer and then when I ignore it (cause i know there isn't a virus) i try updating the game and won't let me do that either, and or even launch the game... and advice on what i should do or any patch or different launcher i should use to help with this problem?
